My Workout For Saturday May 18

- The student REC got new ellipticals! They have gorgeous touch screens and a lot new customization. I really pushed myself. I use to just go 33 minutes, burn 400 calories, and travel 2.7 miles. Today I traveled 4.3 miles and burnt 1022 calories. My heart rate ranged from 138 to 172. I probably won’t do this much next time. I might scale it back to 55 or 60 minutes.
